We represent all types of federal employees, whether part of the General Schedule (GS) scale, the Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI), or otherwise. We assist and advise federal employees as part of internal disciplinary appeals, as well as appeals to the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) or other federal bodies overseeing disciplinary proceedings. We also represent employees in asserting claims to the Office of Special Counsel (OSC), through Inspect General (IG) investigations, and in EEO proceedings, both before and during the EEO hearing process.
